Brewster, N.Y. – 11/11/2014 – The picks are in for Senator Greg Ball’s (Patterson – R, C, I) 4th Annual Veterans Hall of Fame. Cities, towns and villages from throughout the 40th Senate District selected a nominee for the ceremony, which will take place on Thursday, November 20th at the Mahopac Falls Elementary School.
The Veterans Hall of Fame was created by Senator Ball, and designed to honor outstanding veterans throughout the 40th Senate District.
“I created the Veterans Hall of Fame to recognize outstanding men and women who nobly and selflessly served the United States of America. I have had the privilege of meeting and honoring so many wonderful veterans over the past three years and I am excited to introduce the 4th class of veterans – the largest class yet,” said Senator Greg Ball. “These extraordinary veterans devoted their lives to a cause greater than one’s self, nobly dedicating themselves to preserving the safety and freedom of the American people through acts of courage, honor and integrity.”
The 4th Annual Veterans Hall of Fame will be held Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Mahopac Falls Elementary School at 100 Myrtle Avenue, Mahopac, NY 10541 and is open to the public. Registration will begin at 5:00 pm and the ceremony will start at 6:00 pm.
